DIY Framed Mirrors

OUR STORY

I had purchased a new home a few years ago and it was time to paint and make it feel homier, so I hired a painter and then he asked me “Do you want me to take the mirror down and paint behind it?” Not something I had previously planned for so I wasn’t sure how to answer and my journey began. The builders' mirrors they put up in new home bathrooms are dangerous because they could break when you try and take them down, they pull off drywall which means I would have to have someone repair it and spend more money (I am NOT handy and neither is my husband) and then what was the cost of a new mirror and how would we hang it (they can weigh A LOT).

I decided for them to paint around it and I would find a solution, well there was ONE option and it was to stick it, and would be a disaster if I chose to change the color design, etc. So I spent the last 2 years working with different companies to come up with the concept, patent the idea, find a local manufacturer and bring the idea to me and you! Just Frame It is as easy to assemble as 1, 2, 3.

1. Snap-in all four sides

2. Move the plate at the back horizontally

3. Slide onto your mirror and VOILA!

Your mirror has been transformed and the nice thing is you can take it with you if you move, you can easily change the colour AND if the standard sizes don’t work we have a customizable option
